Hope Food Pantry is just one of many non-profit agencies Bailey Solutions supports.
Debra Bailey of Bailey Solutions has been named President of the Hope Food Pantry Advisory Board. The Hope Food Pantry began in 2000 and serves thousands of needy individuals and families in the Austin community. “The Advisory Board was looking for a new President, and I had been volunteering at the pantry for several years as a grocery packer. They needed someone with my expertise in organization, goal setting and problem solving to help lead the pantry and the board,” said Debra Bailey, CEO of Bailey Solutions. “I am just so honored to be able to help. It is my belief that volunteering and giving back to the community is paying rent for living here.”
Every year, Bailey Solutions makes numerous in-kind donations to local non-profit agencies like Hospice Austin, Heart House, American Heart Association and Trinity Episcopal School. Their latest project is adopting the Bull Creek Off-Leash Dog Park at Bull Creek. Debra is also involved with the local philanthropy group Impact Austin as a Focus Area Committee member and subcommittee leader. “I’m blessed to have the intellectual and financial resources to be able to make a difference in people’s lives. It is important to be good stewards of our lives and give back what we can. That is also the goal of Bailey Solutions; we truly help people get control of their lives, and by helping to do that, we do our small part to make the world a better place.”
