2. Place 4-6 signs on busy corners and run a 3 day ad and or put your garage sale notice on craigslist.org for free.

3. Provide water, lemonade, or coffee for buyers, they will stay longer and buy more.

4. Sell only seasonal items.

5. Hang clothes and tablecloths up for better viewing.

6. Group pots and pans and bake ware in boxes and let buyers decide what they want then put a price "per piece" on the box.

7. Tie sheet sets and towel sets together with ribbon and mark the size. ($2-$5)
